Contract Review and Compliance – We conduct a careful contract review, ensuring that all signatures, initials and dates are complete and compliant. We upload documents into your broker system and provide an audit of any missing items as part of our additional services.

Listing and MLS Support – Our team can draft listing agreements (RLA/RPA) and send them out for signature. We also handle MLS input, uploading photos and videos, entering property details and verifying information before submitting the listing.

Leanna Calderon is the founder and owner of TC & Beyond Inc., a California-based transaction coordination company dedicated to helping real estate professionals close more deals without the paperwork headaches.

Leanna built TC & Beyond Inc. on a simple but powerful belief: when agents have the time leverage they need to focus on their clients, everybody wins. She knows firsthand how much is demanded of today's real estate professionals — and she's made it her mission to be the behind-the-scenes partner that makes their business run smoother, faster, and with less stress.

Licensed in California and deeply experienced in real estate contracts and compliance, Leanna leads a team of dedicated transaction coordinators who share her commitment to detail, communication, and getting deals closed on time. TC & Beyond Inc. serves agents and brokers of all sizes — from independent agents juggling their first few files to high-volume producers who need a reliable team in their corner.

She is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors – Foothills West, where she stays active in the real estate community and continues to grow as a business leader.
